To protect your interests, we comply with the Sales of Goods Act S14 (2), Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, and Lemon Law, ensuring transparency and fairness in every transaction.
We want you to feel confident and relaxed throughout your experience with us. If you have any concerns during your treatment, we encourage you to provide feedback within the first 10 minutes, so adjustments can be made, or a change of service personnel can be arranged to ensure you receive the best possible experience. Your happiness is important to us! To help you find the right services for your needs, promotional packages are available after you have experienced your first session, and we offer a 5-day cooling-off period for full refunds if you decide not to continue.
We understand that flexibility and peace of mind are essential, so we have a customer-friendly Exchange & Refund Policy. If you experience any concerns within the first 10 minutes of treatment, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. For withdrawals within 5 working days, we provide a full refund if no service has commenced. If a session has been used, the package fee will be refunded minus the cost of completed services at standard rates. Beyond 5 working days, refunds will not be possible. We also want you to love the products you purchase from us! Unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 5 working days, but we are unable to offer refunds for opened items. To ensure you have ample time to enjoy your treatments, all packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable after expiry.
We value your trust, which is why we maintain clear and fair policies regarding cancellations and promotions. Please note that confirmed appointments cannot be cancelled, and the treatment will be considered redeemed if cancelled. Deposits must be used within one year, and all discounted prices and promotions will be prominently displayed for your convenience. We do not currently offer sales or complimentary vouchers unless stated otherwise, and any promotions introduced will be pre-approved by our Director to ensure transparency and fairness.
